Thorsten Amend-Schnaar has a long and successful track record in executive search and consulting clients in various types of business, family owned organisations, larger corporates in various industries and other organisations in his previous position as Partner at Baumann Unternehmensberatung AG. He will complement the present management team at Höchsmann & Company.
