What do we have to do to make education and a career in STEM professions more attractive to women?
For one, flexible work arrangements are still underrepresented in technical industries, but absolutely essential to attract and to retain women in those industries.
Second, companies have to develop female talent within their internal structures, allow for cross-industrial growth and to encourage women even more to develop into technical experts in the progression of their careers.
